On January 19, 2024, the General Administration of Customs (GACC) officially approved the second batch of “First-line Opening, Second-line Control” import and export policy pilot zone expansion enterprises (products) list for the Hainan Free Trade Port, with seven enterprises in Haikou receiving approval. As one of the first-batch pilot enterprises, our company was granted three additional pilot products — peppermint oil, lemongrass oil, and shea oil. Following the approval, we will immediately implement the policy of “processed goods with 30% value-added sold to the mainland are exempt from import tariffs,” which is expected to expand our production capacity, reduce costs, broaden sales channels, and strengthen product competitiveness.
